Duplicate windows showing up in taskbar

Description

If you change your resolution then the taskbar will have duplicated of all the windows. See attached file

Also on resolution change all the windows will get moved to VM1 instead of staying where they were.

can't reproduce with R3 or R4 and might have already been fixed in R5 (I did some changes in that area), please report back if it still happens with R5
