PuTTY config window does not show up in taskbar

If you open a new PuTTY session, the configuration screen doesn't show up in the taskbar or the alt+tab window. PuTTY can be downloaded here. http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/download.html
