SharpBar context menu needed for empty areas of bar

Issue: no context menu for SharpBar? itself. Defies standard behavior of Explorer bar - properties can be accessed by right-click anywhere.

Suggestion: Right-clicking on any area of SharpBar? not occupied by a plugin opens a context menu (at the spot where clicked) that is the same menu user gets by clicking on main bar throbber. Mimics expected behavior, and is useful particularly when scheme colors make throbbers more difficult to see.

I think this is a good idea for when the main throbber is hidden
