Clock plugin needs context menu

Description

Just a little one. Context menu should contain the "edit" like the other plugins, and also an item to go to Windows Date/Time applet.

I know it does this by double-clicking, but going for consistency - all other plugins offer context menu, it's unclear why this one doesn't have it.
